It was traumatic
We have always felt really secure
They might return
It’s never been a situation that we couldn’t afford an alarm system, we could, always known that we could, but we just felt we were relatively safe or that it wasn’t going to happen yet.
It was so upsetting, it was just, we felt victimized.
You cannot fully describe to someone what it feels like
All of our peace of mind was gone
Abused and taken advantage of and violated
Buts it’s that feeling that feeling of someone has been here in my house
It was something that had long term effects on all of us,
And even though you rationalize and say well it’s alright it’s not going to happen again they are not going to come back, you still feel that threat that they might return.
But the feeling of knowing that they were rejected by the system would have been a totally different feeling then knowing they were in the home.
Trying to convince your children that its okay to fall asleep.
Its all of those things that it really is beyond description. Its a very personal thing.
To have that security system will be of immeasurable value to her in terms of peace of mind
We have been without a security system for a long time, and it really doesn’t matter anymore what neighborhood you are in, what economic status. Where ever you live it just doesn’t matter you are vulnerable to break-ins. And that has been event to us and so I have wait for something like Platinum for a long time and I am just so thrilled and excited.
