Platinum Protection was founded in 2006 by a group of industry experts who had a desire to form a company that sincerely cared about its customers by providing world class customer service, innovative technology, industry leading equipment and monitoring service.
During Platinum Protection’s first year it set industry records. Sending out a marketing team of 300 representatives and 150 install technicians. This group sold more than 30,000 accounts during its first year. In December of 2007 GE Security awarded them with the Homeland Security Award.
During its second year Platinum grew dramatically. By investing its resources in infrastructure and recruiting quality marketing professionals, Platinum grew by over 200%. With this new expansion Platinum had outgrown its corporate facility. By its third year Platinum moved into its brand new building in American Fork, Utah.
As a result of its second year success and expansion, Platinum now provided home security in over 35 top markets in the United States. In 2008 Platinum partnered with GE is its principal supplier for alarm equipment.
Platinum Protection partnered up with Monitronics International and GE Security, both industry leaders in the home security and alarm industry, to offer the best equipment to its customers. Platinum Protection’s principle services are the sales and installation of the alarm systems provided by Monitronics and GE.
Through the monitoring system, a signal is transmitted to a specialist in case of a burglary, medical emergency or a fire. When the signal arrives to the monitoring station the specialist analyzes the data to determine the severity of the alarm and dispatch emergency personal. Monitoring services provided by Platinum Protection are rivaled by no other company.
GE equipment has an innovative integration feature through alarm.com. Platinum created a fully interactive, remote access system that allows home owners to access and control their alarm systems through their mobile devices. This is the most innovative up-to-date technology in the industry.
Platinum Protection is dedicated to offering only world class service and product. All products are wireless, user-friendly and very convenient through the remote access technology. Platinum Protection also provides the two-way voice alarms to allow for superior communication and service.
